National Careers Week is a celebration of careers guidance and works to provide free resources and materials across the UK. It’s strategically held at this point within the academic calendar, however NCW is not just focused on young people leaving education – it’s designed to help anybody who may be looking to develop and progress within their career. NCW is an important event to allow organisations like ourselves the opportunity to engage and inspire their own employees and those outside of their business.

Under normal circumstances, physical activities and events would take place to celebrate National Careers Week, however due to current restrictions, virtual events including live Q&A sessions and virtual careers fairs are taking place over the course of the week, with a strong emphasis on social media led engagement.
