The programme aims to get kids trying a variety of sports and activities, encouraging health and participation more than any specific sport or skill.  Luctonians Commercial and Events Manager Charlotte Brown said *‘It’s a pleasure to work alongside Avara to ensure that children in our local communities can access sport and learn the impact that sport can have on their mental and physical well-being. Skills such as teamwork, communication, leadership, and engagement are all essential and transferable to other areas of life, and we feel it is important to ensure that children are taught them.’*  We’re proud to work with a likeminded organisation who share our values and deep-rooted links in the rural Herefordshire community, in which we have a strong presence. This brand embodies our support and long-term commitment to helping more young people access sport, and the many benefits that it brings.  ## Share: - [Share on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/news/herefordshire-youth-sport-partnership-gets-new-look) - [Share on X](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/news/herefordshire-youth-sport-partnership-gets-new-look) - [Share on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/sharing/share-offsite/?url=https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/news/herefordshire-youth-sport-partnership-gets-new-look) ## Good news [View all](https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/news) ## [![](https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/1702914342-abergavenny-image-1.jpg?noresize) 16 Sep 2026 Avara announces major investment in British food production Avara Foods investment plans Read more](https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/news/avara-announces-major-investment-in-british-food-production) ## [![](https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/1702913432-av-sign-Oct-15-2025-11-12-29-2687-PM.png?noresize) 24 Apr 2026 Gender Pay Reporting We've published our 2025 Gender Pay reporting Read more](https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/news/gender-pay-reporting-1) ## [![](https://www.avarafoods.co.uk/hubfs/2.jpg?noresize) 25 Mar 2026 Progress With Purpose: Avara’s Latest Responsible Business Report Lands Avara Foods publishes it's latest Responsible Business Brand, 'For Good'.
