Congratulations to Farm Manager, Rob Evans, who’s been awarded the Aviagen Next Generation Breeder School Scholarship.

This award, sponsored by Aviagen; offers two up-and-coming UK poultry professionals - one from a Broiler and one from a Breeder background - the opportunity to attend the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia (EMEAA) Production Management School, based in Edinburgh. The award focuses on recognising talented individuals who haven’t come through traditional training pathways, and encouraging those under 35 years of age, with a passion for poultry and an ambition to develop their career in the industry.

Having beaten numerous top quality candidates to this prestigious award, Rob will attend a week-long intensive training programme in Edinburgh this summer, networking with peers, sharing experiences and learning from the best in the business.
